“Parasomnia” Update!

I just received some new information on Jeff’s upcoming film Parasomnia directly from its writer/director William Malone:
___
“I’m sure it will come as no surprise that Jeff did an amazing job in Parasomnia. I’ve been a big fan of his work for a long time. Jeff’s role in the film is certainly a pivotal one. He plays a burned out suicidal detective on the hunt for a killer who has murdered his partner. The chase leads him to ultimately to our villain Byron Volpe (Patrick Kilpatrick), a demented rare book dealer and occultist.

Parasomnia is almost finished after nearly two and a half years of work. We are currently out shopping for a distributor and hope to be able to give you a release date soon. I’m very excited about the film as it turned out really well and I think represents a completely new kind of thriller.

Oh and naturally there is a high body count.”

This is so exciting! Detective Garrett sounds like an ideal role for Jeff, especially with his interest in doing a film noir piece. Here’s hoping Parasomnia gets picked up soon and has the proper distribution it deserves!

*Jeff was scheduled to be interviewed on “Independently Speaking” earlier today, but unfortunately, there were some unforseen technical issues with the switchboard and they couldn’t get Jeff on the phone. Hopefully, they can reschedule as the program sounded like it would be really interesting and fun. I would also just like to clarify that although the host said I run the site, that is our faithful admin David’s job. :)
